Lol! Woman desperate for dimples pays $2500 to get her cheeks pierced





 Every day, another weird story. Trained lawyer Cherrelle Campbell (pictured above before and after her procedure) paid $2,500 to undergo dimpleplasty on both cheeks to get the dimples she's always wanted.

I've always loved dimples but I wasn't blessed to be given big ones.When God was giving out dimples I was at the back of the queue. I find myself on the street or watching TV and anyone with dimples stands out to me. I was online with my friend and we were basically having a joke as to what procedures you could do and you couldn't do, and I was like: "wow, I didn't know you could have your dimples done. I gave it a bit of thought, contacted them and here I am. I wanted really deep ones so every time I smile, they're there and I'm glad it's for life as well. It's not something I'm going to have to repeat which is good.'

    "I was impressed as I didn't think they were going to be that deep, it's mixed feelings. Once it has healed, I know I will love it.'

EATING FRUIT ~



It's not as easy as you think.
It's important to know how and when to eat.

DON'T EAT FRUIT AFTER MEALS!

FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

It will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....

Eat fruit on an empty stomach or before meals! People complain, "Every time I eat watermelon I burp; when I eat apples, my stomach bloats up; when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc ” This will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. Fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas, hence you will bloat!

Gray hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under eyes will NOT happen by taking fruit on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. Master the correct way of eating fruits, and you will have beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

Drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. Exercise may help prevent depression later in life



Exercise may help improve mental health and ward off depression, research suggests.
Running, walking and other forms of activity can help people shake off the symptom of depression. Now, a new study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine suggests that exercise may prevent the disorder later in life.
Researchers at the University of Toronto analysed 26 years' worth of studies and concluded that even low levels of movement — walking or gardening for 20 or 30 minutes a day — show promise of warding off depression in people of all ages.
The analysis included 30 studies. Of those, 25 suggested exercise influenced depression risk. People who did little to no activity were more likely to show signs of depression or be diagnosed with the disorder years later, while those who exercised were less likely to become depressed as they got older, according to George Mammen, Ph.D. candidate and co-author of the study.
"I'm active so I wasn't surprised to find this, but 25 out of 30 showed a significant effect and that was unexpected," says Mammen.
Because small amounts (20 to 30 minutes a day) of low-intensity activity were associated with lowering depression risk, Mammen concludes that current activity guidelines for physical health appear appropriate for mental health as well. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise (brisk walking) or 75 minutes of high-intensity activity (running).

"If you're not physically active, you should start," says Mammem. "We usually think of exercise in terms of weight and how we look, but it's also a way to maintain mental health far into the future."

Smoking really does make you look older, a twin study confirms

You know smoking doesn't do any favors for your face – or your lungs, or your heart, or just about any other part of your body, for that matter! – but a new study of twins hints at the ways the habit makes you look older than you really are.
In what is perhaps the best detail of the study, researchers used the annual Twins Days Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio (the "Largest Annual Gathering of Twins in the World!") to round up the 79 identical pairs they include in the report. A panel of three plastic surgery residents compared the faces of the twins, one of which had been smoking for at least five years longer than the other.
They identified a few major areas of accelerated aging in the faces of the smoking twins: The smokers' upper eyelids drooped while the lower lids sagged, and they had more wrinkles around the mouth. The smokers were also more likely to have jowls, according to the study, which was published today in the journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Smoking reduces oxygen to the skin, which also decreases blood circulation, and that can result in weathered, wrinkled, older-looking skin, explains Dr. Bahman Guyuron, a plastic surgeon in Cleveland, Ohio, and the lead author of the study.
The logic of research like this and others like it is this: If threats of cancer, heart and lung disease, or the dangers of second- and third-hand smoke aren't enough to get people to stop smoking, or to never start in the first place, then why not try appealing to people’s vanity? (The same tactic has been used in an attempt to warn young people away from tanning.)
But if you’re currently a smoker, the point of this research is not to make you feel bad. Because stopping or cutting back on the habit now can make a difference -- in all aspects of your health, including the skin damage to your face. Even the twins who smoked just five fewer years than their siblings had younger-looking faces, the study shows. 
“We tell people, as soon as they stop smoking, the repair to not only to their skin but their lungs, their heart vessels -- it starts to repair itself,” says Dr. Robin Ashinoff, medical director of of dermatologic surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey.

COUGH THAT WON'T QUIT:

Be on alert for a new cough that lingers. Don’t be tempted to dismiss a stubborn cough, whether it is dry or mucus-producing, as “just a cough.” See your doctor right away. He or she will listen to your lungs and may order an X-ray or other tests.

CHANGE IN A COUGH:

Pay attention to any changes in a chronic cough, particularly if you are a smoker. If you are coughing more often, your cough has a deeper or hoarse sound, or you are coughing up blood or more mucus than usual, it’s time to make a doctor’s appointment. If a family member or friend experiences these changes, suggest that they visit their doctor

BREATHING CHANGES:

Shortness of breath or becoming easily winded are also possible symptoms of lung cancer. This symptom can occur if lung cancer blocks or narrows an airway, or if fluid from a lung tumor builds up in the chest. Make a point of noticing when you feel winded or short of breath. If this symptom occurs after climbing the stairs to your house, bringing in groceries, or performing another task you could previously do without finding it hard to breathe, don’t ignore it.

PAIN IN THE CHEST AREA:

Lung cancer may produce pain in the chest, shoulder, or back area. This aching feeling may not be associated with coughing. Tell your doctor if you notice any type of chest pain, whether it is sharp, dull, constant, or comes and goes. You should also note whether it is confined to a specific area or is occurring throughout your chest. When lung cancer causes chest pain, the discomfort may result from enlarged lymph nodes or metastasis to the chest wall, pleura (lining around the lungs), or the ribs.

WHEEZING:

When airways become constricted, blocked, or inflamed, the lungs produce a wheezing or whistling sound when you breathe. Wheezing can be associated with multiple causes, some of which are benign and easily treatable. However, wheezing is also a lung cancer symptom, which is why it merits your doctor’s attention. If wheezing continues, don’t assume it’s asthma or allergies. Have your doctor confirm what’s causing it.

RASPY,HOARSE VOICE:

If you hear a significant change in your voice, or if someone else points out that your voice sounds deeper, hoarse, or raspier, get checked out by your doctor. Hoarseness can be caused by a simple cold, but this symptom becomes worrisome when it hangs on for more than two weeks. Hoarseness related to lung cancer can occur when the tumor affects the nerve that controls the larynx, or voice box.

DROP IN WEIGHT:

An unexplained weight loss of 10 pounds or more may be associated with lung cancer or another type of cancer. When cancer is present, this weight drop may result from cancer cells using energy in the body. It could also result from shifts in the way the body uses food energy. Don’t write off a change in your weight if you haven’t been trying to shed pounds—it may be a clue to a change in your health.

BONE PAIN:

Lung cancer that has spread to the bones may produce pain in the back or in other areas of the body. This pain may worsen at night while resting on the back. Additionally, lung cancer is sometimes associated with shoulder, arm, or neck pain, although this is less common. Be attentive to your aches and pains, and discuss them with your doctor.

HEADACHE:

Headaches may be a sign that lung cancer has spread to the brain. However, not all headaches in people with lung cancer are associated with brain metastases. Sometimes, a lung tumor may create pressure on the superior vena cava, which is the large vein that moves blood from the upper body to the heart. This pressure can also trigger headaches.

  • DAY 2- Start your day with green tea and have 3 egg whites(intake of water should be more ,whole day) after you are done with your breakfast have grapes very frequently.have spinach salad and oats for lunch and have only fruits for dinner.End up your day with lemon juice and there should be water intake of 6-8 glasses per day.

  • DAY 3- Start your day with green tea and have brown bread for breakfast,it is best preferable. take oat biscuits and watermelon for snacks(if you feel hungry), have lemon juice at afternoon and grapes or watermelon for lunch(have oat biscuits for snacks in between lunch and dinner brake). At night ,  end up with SPINACH salad and RAGI MALT.

  • DAY 4- After day 3 you will  feel  great change in your body. You will  feel that you are loosing weight but do not stop the diet you are in(and hey drink lots of water). On day 4 take a cup of green tea and oats upma(oats) for breakfast. take orange juice and more of oranges for  taking care of your hunger feeling. Have vegetable salad(with tomato,beetroot,carrot etc) for lunch , have only grapes. Take fruit juices and more water,at night for dinner have plain roti and ginger pickle- eat a banana if only you are hungry.


  • DAY 5- Routinely have green tea and ragi malt for breakfast, now for day 5 take plenty of watermelon and muskmelon (they are preferable for whole day 5 it is upto you).Have roti with dal for lunch and is advisable to take plenty of water  these days. End up with lemon juice and brown bread at night.
  • DAY 6-Have green tea it is must every day and take a vegetable salad inside a wheat bread for breakfast. Eat plenty of fruit juices and drink plenty of water. This is a crucial day you have to take more water and fruits- have a look on your body, is it going well and accepting this diet?. Have a vegetable soup before  lunch,after you are done with it take oats and spinach salad(have a lunch item if you are feeling weak).have oat biscuits frequently and plenty of water. 




DAY 7- Green tea to start your day.                                                       How to Make Onion Juice

When I first started researching using onion juice for hair growth, I immediately did a search for where I could buy some. Even though you can buy it online, it is better to use the juice of a fresh onion as any juice you purchase is stored for months and the fresh juice will be more potent. It is best to make the juice in small amounts so it is does not have to be stored for a long period of time.

There are 3 Ways You Can Make Onion Juice: 

1) Juicer- If you have a juicer; this is the easiest way to make onion juice. Just peel the onion, cut it in half and put it in the juicer.

2) Blender/Food Processor- Peel the onion and cut it into about 4 sections, then put them into your blender or food processor and start blending. Lastly, strain the mixture so that only the juice is remaining.

3) Grater – Peel the onion and cut it in half. Grate both halves of the onion over a dish and then strain the mixture to get just the juice.
How to Use Onion Juice for Hair

For the first application of onion juice, you may want to test it on a small area (in case you may be allergic to it) or water down the mixture. Even though it’s natural, pure onion juice is strong. 

Apply the onion juice daily to your scalp and lightly massage it in, this helps stimulate the hair follicles and allows for maximum absorption. 

Leave the onion Juice on for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
