Bad breath is one of  the major problem in some people.This can be caused by the bacteria live on your tongue and also in other parts of the mouth.There are some ways that can helps you to keep your breath fresh at all times.

Natural remedies to get rid of bad breath:

Chew mint leaves: Mint leaves contain chlorophyll which can keeps your breath fresh and odour less.Mint leaves will fight against bad breath and refresh the breath.



Gargle with salt water: Salt water can clear the bacteria and also food particles. Add teaspoon of salt in lukewarm water and swirl the mixture.Gargle and rinse the salt water can help you to keep your mouth healthy.


Brush with baking soda: It contains hydrogen peroxide that can  neutralize the acid present in mouth.Acids create favorable environment for bacteria growth in your mouth.


Eat apples: Apple is a natural toothbrush it can kill many kind of bacteria present in your mouth which causes bad breath.While you are eating an apple be sure chew it  well.


Yogurt: Yogurt is one of the best remedy to get rid of bread breath.Consume yogurt regularly up to 30-45 days it can fight against bad breath very effectively.


Drink more water: Dry mouth helps to form more bacteria in mouth.So you should drink atleast 8 glasses of water in a day will keep your body hydrated and flush out the toxins and waste in the body.It can regulates the all bio-chemical process and keep your breath fresh.


Chew on neem: It is well known for its anti-fungal and antibacterial properties.If you can tolerate the bad taste of neem leaves permanently you can avoid bad breath.


Cardamom: You cannot tolerate the neem leaves cardamom is preferable.By chewing this you can get rid of bad breath,it can eliminates the bacteria and keeps your mouth fresh.
